FlipPrompt-Camera

FlipPrompt Camera Privacy Policy

Effective date: 10 October 2026

FlipPrompt Camera (“the app”) is a video camera with a teleprompter for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, published by Nigel Naicker (MindMapperAI). Contact: nigel@mindmapperai.com

Summary

The app does not collect, transmit or share your personal data. Everything you create stays on your phone.

What the app accesses and why

Subscriptions and payments

Recording requires a subscription sold through Google Play. Purchases, payment details and subscription status are handled entirely by Google Play under Google’s terms and privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The app only receives from Google Play whether your subscription is active. It does not see or store your payment details. The app may keep a local record of “subscription active” and the time it was last confirmed, so it can work for a short period without a connection.

What we do not do

No accounts, no advertising, no analytics or crash-reporting services, no tracking, no selling or sharing of data, and no data collection from children.

Permissions

The app requests Camera and Microphone. The Internet and network-state permissions are added by the Google Play Billing library and are used only for Google Play subscription checks.

Your choices and data deletion

Your videos are normal files in your gallery; delete them any time. Uninstalling the app removes the script and settings it stored. You can cancel your subscription any time in Google Play (Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions).

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
